Cover Reveal: Wrath from the Mountains (The Bane Sword Saga #2) by D.A. Smith

October 20, 2022 by Justin Leave a Comment

Hello and welcome to the cover reveal for D.A. Smith’s next fantasy novel, Wrath from the Mountains! I was a massive fan of the first book in the series, The Blood of Outcasts, so I am super thrilled to both have the opportunity to reveal the cover for book 2 and get a copy in my hands. If you haven’t already read it, you can check out my review of The Blood of Outcasts here (I gave it a 9/10, a near perfect score!) The short of it though is that Smith has written an extremely compelling character in Masako, the disgraced samurai in dogged pursuit of redemption.

It’s her second anthology like it, and Crooked Volume 2 features 18 stories by 18 authors, including the likes of Jim Keen, EL […]

Book Tour: Chaos (Chaos #1) by Cydney Daemon

October 15, 2022 by Paige Leave a Comment

What the author really excels at here is the character development. I would argue that this first book in the series is far more about character development and situating them in the world than it is about a huge amount of plot progression.

Book Tour and Review: Judge Anderson: Shamballa by Alan Grant and Arthur Ranson

October 14, 2022 by Victoria Gross Leave a Comment

Being part of Anderson’s journey through a series of related one-shots was enchanting. Space adventures, the Devil himself, and a mutant gorilla are just some of the things that Shamballa has to offer. And none of them disappoint.
