Escapist Book Tours
For me, James Lloyd Dulin weaves themes into a story in such a way that you come away from every chapter thinking about something and this is such an incredible strength. No Safe Haven continued to have a theme of colonization and the harsh realities of that from the view of those oppressed, anger and how to manage that emotion, and balance.
Synopsis Steeped in blood. Ruled by those with dragons. Cimeren is a world divided by a mysterious forest and the vast Lake on Fire. Suspicion brews on both sides, and the south has fallen into chaos as battles and quarrels rage between kingdoms. In the border outpost of Nevergrace, Cyran Orendain is dealing with the […]
Hey, y’all! I am so thrilled to be part of this Escapist-hosted tour. As most of you probably know, I had the extreme privilege and pleasure to edit No Heart for a Thief. In the time since then, I’ve come to know James and honestly, I am proud to call him a friend. Still, nothing could have prepared me for what he had to say for this guest post. When I approached him with it, he was more than willing to participate, and boy did he deliver! I won’t say any more, though, and will let the author speak for himself. Enjoy!
I am SO excited to take part in the cover reveal for K.R.R. Lockhaven’s new cozy fantasy novel, Mrs. Covington’s. A big thank you to both the author as well as Escapist Book Company/Tours for inviting me. P.S. This is my first cover reveal! Alright, enough about me, on to the real star of the […]
Hello, you wild romance fanatics, you! I see you there, lurking in the depths, waiting for a new story to sink your teeth into. Lucky for you, this is my stop on the Escapist Book Co. tour of Wild Azure Waves, the third installment in Leslie O’Sullivan’s Rockin’ Fairy Tales series that mashes up your favorite fairy tales and Shakespearean works. This time, we’re looking at The Tempest meets The Little Mermaid, and what a wave of emotion (and spice) it was!
This novella is also a challenging one to review as it deals with grief and I find that while every individual experiences grief and loss throughout their life our experiences are unique. Nevertheless, this novella deserves to land in the hands of more readers and I hope that my recommendation encourages even one person to pick it up.
Hello everyone! This is my stop on the Escapist Book Company tour of A Cup of Tea at the Mouth of Hell by Luke Tarzian. I had the extreme pleasure of editing this book and have worked with Luke before. I’ll go into more detail in the full review, but I will say that this book has left an impact on me, even all these months later. For now, here’s some more about it!
To begin, I need to quickly mention the absolutely stunning cover and interior artwork that this book had. When I saw this book I immediately knew that this was a Félix Ortiz masterpiece but little did I know that there would be the abundance of interior artwork as well, including in the e-book copy. I am incredibly happy that I have a copy of this book for my shelves.
Hello everyone, and welcome to my stop on the Escapist Book Co.’s tour for A Bond of Thread! I’m super excited to be able to present this to you all. Below, you’ll find information about the book, authors, and a link to a giveaway! The real treat, though, is an excerpt from the book itself! There’s no better way to get excited for a book than to read its very pages.
Happy reading and happy holidays!
I hope I caught you all doing exceptionally well, and I am so thrilled to be part of the Escapist Book Company’s cover reveal for Alex Robins’s Panacea! If the title and blurb alone don’t sell you, I know for sure that the cover will.

I was born after the fall, in a crumbling pit of despair and sadness. Nabonidus crowned himself ruler […]
