Review: Never Say Never (Timber Falls #7) By Fiona West
Never Say Never brings together two broken characters and gives them the space to heal through each other, despite the challenges and obstacles in their paths. With a keen eye for character development and a deft hand at creating tension and conflict, West has written a wonderful story of learning to allow yourself to love and be loved. I couldn’t have chosen a better book as my first experience with contemporary romance than Never Say Never.

Hello everyone! Thank you to Escapist Book Tours for allowing me to join in on the book tour for These Gossamer Strings, the epic fantasy by Allegra Pescatore. Welcome to my FanFiAddict stop on the book tour. I received a reading copy and this did not influence my thoughts or opinions.
Review: Cool S by Die Booth
In the 90’s, we all drew a certain little doodle. No one knew where it came from, or what it meant, but it was on everything; sketched on the textbooks we wrapped in paper from grocery bags, written in chalk on the playground blacktop, scratched into the wood of the desks in the back of […]

An Altar on the Village Green (The Chained God #1) by Nathan Hall
An Altar on the Village Green is a story of horrors. Hall’s use of time loops set within a punishing landscape immerses you within the madness, seeping into your consciousness, leaving you completely unaware of how redefining it all is until you’ve breached the surface back to reality.

Review: Duckett & Dyer: Dicks for Hire (Duckett & Dyer #1) by G.M. Nair
Duckett & Dyer is a SPSFC Finalist for the 2021-22 batch! I read it as part of the judging process.
I’ll admit right off the bat that I don’t tend to pick up comedies, so I wasn’t sure how I would get on with this one. But, thanks to the SPSFC, I gave it a go and found that actually I quite enjoyed it! Nair knows how to write comedy and kept throwing unexpected surprises at me through every turn.

Indie Accords Wrap-Up
This post will wrap-up each of the books I read, but I’ve also already written Goodreads blurbs and will be posting up Amazon reviews too. Amazon especially is such an important platform for Indie/Self-Pub authors so if you’re not posting reviews on Amazon, I highly recommend doing so at least for the Indie reads. Also these are in order that I read them, not in order I preferred them. All of these books were incredible and I continue to be blown away by each self-pub book I read.
