Synopsis

Holy moly that was bloody epic, and was even better the second time round and on audible, damn that was like being in a movie, as if you where there fighting the battles yourself, the narration by Nigel Peever is truly awesome, the dramatic epic music and the sound effects and details are out of this world.
Dark Oak is the is the first book in The Dark Oak Chronicle and its absolutely mind blowing. It’s like nothing I’ve ever read before, from the very first page you are so captivated, it’s so imaginative, the build up to some of the scenes just leaves you on edge throughout. Jacob Sannox writing is beautifully woven together with some of the most intriguing characters I have had the pleasure of reading.
Jacob Sanox takes us on a dark and beautiful trip through his world of the Dyrads, Grim as hell, A dark rich mythical fantasy full of magic that is mysterious and yet disturbing at the same time and i loved every moment. You won’t want to put down, so many emotions after reading Dark Oak.
The author tells a beautiful and brutal story of Darkness that can be human nature. After a thousand years, the combined people have finally been victorious against the monsters that drove them from their homes, after they’ve won back their lands, human nature truly prevails itself through greed and war and the Dryads of the forest have had enough. Time for a new beginning, time for the Dryads to rise. This story will really pull on your heart strings. I can’t highly recommend this series enough, you need to put this on your list of tbr pile asap. Now for the second and more bloody epicness….😁🪓
