While BestGhost was originally released as a reader magnet and then a wide released sampler, Off with their Sleds was made available as a bonus in Tales From Cemetery for those that read short story collections. As I know some people do not read collections, I wanted to make it available elsewhere, as it is a direct sequel to Welcome to Cemetery.
