From the Author’s Site

It’s been almost five years since my last short story collection. About time for another one, right? Well, you’re in luck! Mad Days: Stories and Curses is out at the end of this month. Here’s a blurb:

A vanishing town. A cursed cemetery. A treasure hunt on Earth’s last day. Mad Days is a tour of the forgotten corners of Texas and Oklahoma, past and present. Featuring 16 short stories, 19 drabbles, and 3 novelettes, all illustrated by the author. In these places there are ghosts and monsters, all waiting for you.

That’s right, all illustrated by me. 50+ illustrations all in all. I busted my ass on this project and while it fell through with the original publisher, a good collection never stays dead.

I can’t wait for you to read this. Also, keep an eye out for more info on my 2026 release with Infested Publishing, it’s gonna be amazing!

About C. J. Daley (CJDsCurrentRead)

I was an avid player of Who Wants to be a Millionaire: Lord of the Rings Edition. When the millions turned out to be fake, and answering that ‘Athelas’ was another name for ‘Kingsfoil‘ grew tiresome, I retired. Now I'm a horror author and an avid reader of all things sci-fi/fantasy/horror/mystery.
