About Kingdom of Lies

Harin Sunborn, the Ink King of Landor must wrestle with his father to protect the Kingdom and the crown.

Dragh, sworn sword of the nation and General of the Dragon Legion, will protect his bloodline at any cost.

Years of war have ended in the Eastern Kingdoms, with the signing of The Compact, overseen by The Council, an uneasy peace holds.

Death visits the Sunborn’s as Landor’s enemies strike at it’s very heart.

As Harin and Dragh struggle against each other, will revenge or peace keep their nation alive?

Far to the West, The Horde is coming.

About the Author

Isaac Hill is a self published fantasy and fiction Author from Nova Scotia, Canada. Isaac’s current project is his Sunborn Series, a generational story of the Sunborn Empire. Isaac enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter in the great outdoors, reading a wide variety of stories and scribbling his own thoughts down in his spare time.

Isaac’s hobbies are wide and varied. He’s built a boat, owns a fully functioning blacksmiths forge, made his own traditional bows and raced on downhill skiing. Now, he collects books, typewriters and tells stories of his own. Inspired by David Gemmell, Pierce Brown and Anthony Ryan, he tells stories of heroes, of deeds echoing through generations.

Isaac was lucky enough to be invited to join The Breakins, a gang of writers all working towards publishing their works in 2023/2024. Without them, he’d still be scratching his head.

Kingdom of Lies releases November 18th, 2025. If you’d like to check it out sooner, you can sign up for an advance reader copy!
