Gregory Kontaxis

Gregory Kontaxis was born in December 1989 in Athens. He studied Informatics and Financial Mathematics in Greece and the United Kingdom and has worked as a Risk Analyst in Vienna and London. He currently resides in London, where he is occupied with investment risk and writing. A lifelong admirer of Greek mythology, Gregory aims to revive ancient myths through modern fantasy in his books.

He is the author of The Dance of Light, a planned pentalogy. The first book, The Return of the Knights, was followed by his novella The Knight of the Moon. He later published the second and third installments of the series, The Fall of the Giants and The Rise of the West. His fourth novel in the series, The Sin of War, is forthcoming in 2026.
