About T. R.:
T. R. Napper is the award-winning author of the Neon Leviathan short story collection and 36 Streets, his debut novel. His awards include the Aurealis for Best Short Story (2016) and Best Novella (2020). He is also a scholar of East and Southeast Asian literature, and has a creative writing doctorate in Noir, Cyberpunk, and Asian Modernity.
